Locus CAD Works is based in India and works as the outsourced drafting arm for U.S. land surveying and civil engineering offices. We pick up the CAD work — boundary drawings, topo, plats and Civil 3D sheets — so your licensed staff can stay focused on fieldwork, client relationships and sign-off.
We don't replace your surveyor or engineer of record. We produce the drawings; your licensed professional reviews, certifies and stands behind the final deliverable — the same as any drafter working at your own desk would.
We support licensed PE and PLS professionals, working to your direction and on your title block. That includes civil site development, roadway and subdivision design for your PE to review and stamp, and overflow work when your own drafters are at capacity. Our experience with many different engineers gives your team a fresh perspective on design and drafting solutions.
